Your assigned address is our office in the central GTA, near Toronto Pearson Airport. Your recipient list gets your mail and parcels to you, and turns away anything unregistered.
We receive and notify you
Your mail is logged the moment it arrives to our mailbox, and you get a same-day notification. Nothing piles up, nothing’s left at your door.

Pick up, forward, or scan. What’s available depends on the plan you’re on. Confidential mailiCredit cards, cheques, legal documents, or anything we believe is sensitive. Can I use this address to register my business?
Yes, on Core, Plus Forward, and Plus Scan. Ontario requires a registered office to be a real street address, not a PO box, and ours qualifies. These plans include legal document handling, where our staff accepts documents on your behalf and holds them as confidential mail for pickup, which many registration bodies require. Economy doesn’t support registration, so business or CRA mail sent there is returned to sender.
How do I know when mail arrives?
You get a same-day email notification showing what came in and when it was logged. On Plus Scan, regular mail is scanned and sent with the notification. We flag items as confidential where appropriate, such as credit cards, cheques, and legal documents, and store them securely for pickup rather than scanning or forwarding. We only open your mail for scanning on Plus Scan, or when the recipient can’t be identified.
How long do you hold my mail and parcels?
Mail is held 30 days and parcels 7 days from arrival. After that, items are discarded.
What happens if mail arrives for someone not on my account?
It’s turned away. Only names on your recipient list are accepted, which keeps your address from being used without your knowledge.
What if I go over my mail or parcel limit?
Extra items are $5 each, with no interruption to your service. On monthly plans, your allowance resets each month and overage is charged that month. On yearly plans, your full annual allowance is available across the year, so a busy month can draw on quieter ones, and you’re only charged for items beyond the annual total.
